Priced Early Companies was founded by Logan Price and Emmett (Earl) Riddick Jr, who initially met while working as car salesmen. We both shared a passion for real estate and after some time, we decided to transition from our sales jobs to focus on real estate full-time. Our mutual respect for each other’s values solidified our partnership.

Emmett ‘Earl’ Riddick Jr. | Co-Founder
I’m Earl, a lifelong enthusiast of basketball and a dedicated professional in the realm of real estate. My journey began at Emmanuel College, where I cultivated a deep passion for both academics and basketball, instilling in me a drive for excellence and a competitive spirit.
Upon graduating, I seamlessly transitioned my passion for competition into a successful career in sales. It was during this time that I had the privilege of meeting Logan, and together, we ignited our shared calling in the realm of real estate.
As a dynamic duo, Logan and I have dedicated ourselves to assisting numerous families, forging strong bonds, and leaving a positive impact on our community. Our combined expertise, coupled with our genuine desire to help others, has enabled us to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions with precision and care.

Logan Price | Co-Founder
I am Logan Price, co-owner of Priced Early Companies, a real estate investing firm I run with my business partner, Earl. Growing up in Plymouth, Massachusetts, I was deeply engaged in sports, especially wrestling and mixed martial arts. After high school, I joined the Local 103 Electricians Union in Boston, where I spent six fruitful years.
My career path took a significant turn when I ventured into car sales. For three years, I immersed myself in the dynamics of sales, a period during which I unearthed my true passion for real estate. This revelation came in 2019 when I purchased my first multi-family property, followed by a single-family home in 2021, marking a definitive shift in my professional focus.
The pivotal moment in my real estate journey came when I met Earl. We both shared a strong enthusiasm for real estate, which led us to partner on our first property flip. This initial collaboration was successful and eventually paved the way for founding Priced Early Companies. As the company grows, I am driven not only to expand our reach but also to be the best business partner, husband, and father I can be, striving for excellence in every aspect of my life.
